FoxFire Cabins Rates & Policies for April 8, 2024 Total Eclipse
Check-In is anytime after 3:00pm. Check-Out is by 10:00am
- 4 night Minimum stay Required
- Deposit Amount Depends on Length of Stay and Property - See Table below
- Not an Additional Fee – will go towards your stay
- Non-Refundable – If Reservation is Cancelled at anytime it becomes a cancellation fee
- Base Rates in Chart are based on 2 people Except in Main House and Woodland’s House which is for 4 people!
- Additional Persons over Base will be an Additional $25/person added to the nightly Rate…note Max Occupancy per Property!
- Pets are allowed at many of our properties but not all (see table) for an additional $ 25.00/per pet/per night, plus tax, where allowed.
- No Cleaning or Service Fees! Hotel Occupancy Tax Rate is 12%
- No Daily Maid Service or Food of any kind provided! Laundry Facilities available if not in your Property.
- Any changes in Reservation including, but not limited to, # of people staying, # of nights Staying, Dates Staying, Pets, Day visitors, etc., must be made in advance and approved by FoxFire Cabins.
- Full Payment of stay Due by February 2024. Any Cancellations after February 2024 will result in loss of Full Amount of Stay.
